One of the BEST Mental Health/Self-Help Books I've Read

Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One is literally one of the best books I have ever read regarding mental health, self-help, or psychology. Dr. Joe Dispenza has an amazing vantage point on the working of the brain. He breaks it down in a scientific AND metapysical level, so no matter your viewpoint you can digest the information he provides.

I still HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone dealing with any mental health disorder or any personality trait that you want to release (like anger or bitterness)

    It is literally called 'The Book of JOY" by the Dalai Lama & Desmond Tutu. I recommend this book to EVERYONE! These men really know what they are talking about!
