Coloring is Giving me LIFE!


So I have been coloring every night before bed while listening to an inspirational audio book...when I tell you it is one of the best forms of meditation!!! It is a magnificent way to calm your brain down without being on any kind of technology.

I havent taken a proper picture of one of the completed pictures yet, but I will. I will also share the illustrator (who is AMAZING)!

Has anyone else used art as (self) therapy?
